Former Long Bennington man denies failing to give specimen

A MAN accused of failing to provide a specimen when asked by police has been bailed to appear before Grantham magistrates.

James Bean, 24, of The Meadows, Leven, North Yorkshire, who was living in Winters Lane, Long Bennington, at the time of the alleged offence on April 21, denies the charge.

He was released on unconditional bail until Wednesday, September 12.
