Stealing baby cream from Asda cost a man £95 in fines and costs.

James Woodward, of Lime Grove, Caythorpe, admitted stealing the cream from the supermarket, telling arresting officers he hoped to sell it for drugs.

Chris Pye-Smith, defending, told the court Woodward had voluntarily sought help from Addaction to overcome his drug problems.

Woodward, 31, was fined £75 and must pay £20 in costs.
