Unruly mum Jennifer Hill had the terms of her ASBO extended by magistrates on Monday.

Hill, of Shaw Road, Grantham, is three years into a five-year anti-social behaviour order which is due to expire in 2015.

The new terms of the ASBO prevent Hill, 52, from entering Derwent Road between numbers 1 and 23 as bounded by Foston Road and Earlesfield Lane and bars her from going to the Riverside flats complex or the Riverside area of Grantham.

Giles Tyas, defending, said Hill has no objections to the new ASBO rules. He said: “She instructs me she has stopped going to these addresses recently anyway.”

Chair of magistrates Mrs Tidswell told Hill: “You are now barred from those areas under your ASBO.”
