Grantham court: Owner denies dog control offence after girl is injured

The owner of a dog who is accused of allowing it to be dangerously out of control when it injured a four-year-old girl, has denied the offence.

Vincent Eamon McCaffery, 50, of Uplands Drive, Grantham, is accused of allowing the Rottweiler to be out of control outside the Premier shop on New Beacon Road, Grantham, on June 25 this year.

The case was adjourned to February 14 at Grantham Magistrates Court when the owner will stand trial.
