Two Nottingham men will go to crown court accused of theft and taking a van without the owner’s consent in Claypole.
James Arlon Jackson, 35, of Woolsington Close, Strelley, Nottingham, and Anthony Graham Sharpe, of Thorndale Road, Nottingham, are accused of stealing a rucksack containing a van key and TomTom satellite navigation system from Claypole Primary School on April 30.
On the same date they are accused of taking a Fiat Ducato van from the school.
They are also accused of receiving stolen goods, namely a Mini Cooper car, at Back Lane, Eakring, on April 30.
Both men elected for their cases to go to crown court.
Magistrates adjourned the case to December 22 for a preliminary hearing.
They were granted unconditional bail.
