Magistrates imposed a curfew on a man who admitted shop thefts in Grantham and being drunk and disorderly.

Stuart Leon Hodgkin, 39, of Great Northern Court, Grantham, pleaded guilty to stealing cider worth £23.90 from McColls convenience store on January 27 and stealing vodka worth £12.99 from B&M Bargains on January 18. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly on February 8 in New Street, Grantham.

Grantham magistrates adjourned the case until March 17. They granted Hodgkin bail on condition that he attended a meeting with probation officers, lived at his address in Great Northern Court, remained under curfew there from 7pm to 7am and wore an electronic tag, and did not enter any retail premises except Asda in Grantham.
