A 19-year-old has pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage at a council-owned home but not guilty to assault by beating of an occupant.

Keia Hull, of New Street, Grantham, admitted destroying an internal living room door and double glazed window at a property in New Beacon Road on April 15.

However, as he denied the second charge of assault by beating on the same date the case has been adjourned until September 3 for trial at Grantham Magistrates’ Court.
