A MAN accused of five charges of possession with intent to supply cocaine, heroin and mephedrone will be tried at Lincoln Crown Court.

Niam Bougatef, of Grantley Street, Grantham, did not enter a plea to any of the charges.

He was found with the drugs on April 25 when he was stopped by police.

Three of the charges relate to possession with intent to supply of Class A cocaine, one to Class A heroin and one to mephedrone, which is a Class B drug.

Bougatef, 26, was released on unconditional bail to appear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on January 11.
