CRACK cocaine was found in a 20-year-old’s clenched fist when he was searched by police.
Officers were called to Asda on November 4, after receiving reports of potential drug dealing in the supermarket car park.
The defendant, Sam Hodgkinson, of Arnold Avenue, Grantham, was seen to take something from a man through the window of a car.
Hodgkinson was seen to go into Asda and put the drugs down the front of his trousers.
When he was searched, officers found a bag containing white powder clenched in his left hand.
He admitted buying the wrap of crack cocaine for £25, and said he had bought it for personal use.
Unemployed Hodgkinson, who was cautioned for possessing crack cocaine in March, was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
