NO plea was entered by a man who faces 16 charges, which mainly relate to possessing indecent photographs of children.

James Bacon, 38, of Sunningdale, Grantham, will be committed to crown court on February 8 as the district judge decided the case was not suitable to be heard at magistrates court.

Other charges he faces include causing a child to look at an image of sexual activity, and inciting a child to be involved in pornography.

Bacon was released on conditional bail until his next hearing.
