Police believe there might have been a third victim in an alleged robbery in Grantham at the weekend.

As reported by the Journal yesterday (Sunday), a police cordon was in place around the Tollemache Inn for six hours from 4am while police investigated reports of a mugging.

Two men, Ramanus Mastiatis, 24, and Mantas Saulyrtis, 22, were later arrested and charged. They have appeared at Grantham Magistrates’ Court today (Monday).

Two weapons were recovered at the scene – a knife and a baton. Police say no-one was injured.

Officers have identified and spoken to two alleged victims, but believe there may be a third; a man wearing a grey jacket.

They are appealing for the man to come forward and call the non-emergency 101 number.
