Police appeal after Bichon Frise killed in Grantham

A dog was killed in Belton Lane, Grantham, on Wednesday night and police are appealing for her owner to come forward.

The white Bichon Frise was hit by a car just after 9pm.

She was wearing a pink studded collar with diamond detail.

She has been taken to a Grantham veterinary surgery while her owner is sought.

Lincolnshire Police was called and officers are appealing for the public’s help in tracing the owner. Anyone with information is asked to call police on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting incident number 503 of August 28.
