Carl Draycott, of Kinoulton Court in Grantham, admitted a charge of breaching a restraining order between June 2 and June 25, and also a charge of theft of cash in Grantham between March 9 and April 14.

Magistrates declined to hear the case due to its serious nature and so the case will be heard at crown court on July 19.

Draycott, 23, was remanded in custody as magistrates agreed with the prosecution that there was a substantial risk he would commit further offences and fail to surrender to bail.
