A NOTTINGHAM woman admitted stealing from Boots and fraud by false representation but faces a trial date.

Jackie Brown, of Belper Road, Hysen Green, Nottingham, admitted two charges but denied two other identical charges of theft and fraud by false representation relating to Dorothy Perkins in Grantham. She admitted stealing tanning mousse worth £32.99 from Boots.

All four offences are alleged to have taken place on May 10, 2012. Brown, 44, faces a trial at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on September 5.

Brown was released on bail with the condition she does not enter Grantham unless to attend a court date.
