WOOLWICH ATTACK: Reports of Met Police searching an address in Lincolnshire

The Metropolitan Police is believed to have executed a search warrant at an address in Lincolnshire following yesterday’s attack in Woolwich, London.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman is quoted as saying: “This is in connection with the ongoing investigation into the murder of a man in Woolwich. The Metropolitan Police are not prepared to discuss the matter further at this stage.”

The search is believed to have carried out at an address in Saxilby near Lincoln.
