The recently selected local council Conservative candidates for the Arnoldfield ward are holding a residents meeting in November.
Helen Goral and Dean Ward are inviting those who live within the ward to come along and have their views heard.
“Our aim is to listen to residents and businesses in the patch, and this meeting is an opportunity for you to let us know what you want from your District Council moving forward. As much as anything it’s a chance for you to put questions to all of your elected and proposed representatives and for us to understand how we can help moving forward,” explained Helen.
Dean added: “It may be you have a specific issue with litter or it might be that you just want to come along to hear what we have to say. Either way everyone who lives in the ward is more than welcome and we hope they’ll come along.”
They will be joined by MP Nick Boles and county councillor Richard Davies at the Kings Hotel, in North Parade, at 3pm on November 22.
People who live in the Gonerby Hill Foot and Barrowby Lodge areas are eligible to take part.
