'Doggy day care' to be returned to laundry services in Grantham

Laundry services are set to return to a Grantham premises, if given planning approval.

An application has gone in to South Kesteven District Council to return 105-107 London Road to laundry services.

Press Gang operated from there for many years until the owner changed the use to a ‘doggy day care’ centre. The new business closed a short time later.

The laundry facility would employ one full-time and one part-time staff and open between 7am and 9pm.

Customers would take in their washing to be carried out by staff, rather than a launderette service.
