Driver leaves scene of road collision in Grantham




Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorist drove off from the scene of a road traffic collision in Grantham this afternoon.

Police were called to the scene of the RTC in Westgate, Grantham, shortly before 1.20pm, after a blue Vauxhall Corsa hit a wall causing damage.

The driver drove off but was later stopped by police.

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: "We have spoken to the driver. Any witnesses please call 101. Incident 201."
