The headteacher at Priory Ruskin Academy in Grantham is pleased with the results his pupils have achieved this year.
Clive Shepherd said results have been “very good”, with 51 per cent gaining five A*-C including English and maths, with an overall five A*-C pass rate of 70 per cent.
He added: “This, combined with our students’ success in A-level studies, has made it a record-breaking year for Priory Ruskin.
“Once again, the determination and resilience of staff and students has made it possible to achieve exceptional outcomes. With the new facilities and increasing numbers in the sixth form, sights have been set even higher for the coming future.”
