SIXTH form pupils of a Grantham school spent a day as crime scene investigators this week.

The group of teenagers from Walton Girls’ High School and Sixth Form even dressed the part as they scoured mock crime scenes for clues.

The workshop formed part of a three-day induction, which also included discussing the important skills students should develop as they take more responsibility for their own learning as sixth formers.

The school has reported that the number of students who have enrolled into the sixth form this year has doubled on last year.
