mart suits and gorgeous gowns were worn by pupils of a Grantham school as they celebrated leaving with a prom.

The grand setting of Stoke Rochford Hall was the venue for the Priory Ruskin Academy prom, attended by Year 11 pupils.

They arrived in style, in a Volkswagen camper van, sports cars, classic cars and a pack of old-style Minis.

A three-course meal was followed by singing from teacher Mr Martini and the crowning of Prom King, Prom Queen, Cutest Couple and Best Dressed Male and Female.

The teenagers then danced the night away.

And to mark the special occasion, they were able to buy photographs taken by art teacher Miss Murphy.
