'Egging' of Grantham homes by teens reported to police

Troublemakers have been throwing eggs at homes in Grantham, and at moving cars.

Police have received two reports of properties being 'egged' yesterday (Sunday), one in Sharpe Road at around 3.20am and one in Ormonde Close at 3pm.

The anti-social behaviour is believed to be caused by a small group of teenage boys.

Meanwhile, eggs were reportedly thrown by a group of young lads at moving cars near Grantham railway station. A witness said: "This may have caused an accident, not to mention damage to the car itself."
