Elderly shopkeeper threatened with knife and punched during raid at South Witham Village Shop

An elderly shopkeeper was threatened with a knife and punched as two men wearing hoodies raided a village shop.

The robbery happened at the village shop in South Witham at around 6pm on Monday as one man jumped over the counter and ripped the till out.

They made off with around £500 and a haul of cigarettes.
