Emmerdale actor Wil Johnson took a detour to Grantham on Friday while on his way to play a set at RAF Cranwell.
The actor, who plays Dom Andrews in the popular soap, went to the studio of community radio station Gravity FM to be interviewed by presenter Dennis Kay. Dennis talked to Wil about his music and TV career, which has included roles in Waking The Dead, Waterloo Road and Holby City. Dennis said; “He is an incredibly modest and genuine person. Having been brought up in a working class family he said he understands the importance of local communities and was very impressed with what Gravity FM are doing.”
As well as his TV work, Wil is well-known as a club DJ and was on his way to perform a live DJ set at RAF Cranwell.
