Tutor groups at West Grantham Academy St Hugh’s set up businesses to form a ‘Children in Need Business Fair’ on Friday afternoon, which included serving popcorn in a cinema, car wash, photo shoot, bake sales, busking musicians and selling ‘One Direction’ keyrings.
The 22 groups came up with detailed business plans beforehand, as the event was linked with National Enterprise Week, including advertising, budgeting, and leadership.
Pupils from across the academy attended the fair.
Meanwhile, a talent show featuring students was another Children in Need event.
The school raised £554 in total.
