Firefighters were called to a chemical leak at a premises off the A607 at Belton earlier today.

Crews from Grantham, Sleaford, Brant Broughton and Billingborough, including a command unit from Market Rasen attended.

The leak happened in a plant room caused by a reaction of two chemicals accidentally being mixed together.

Crews monitored the air in the room and used two gas tight suits with a decontamination pack to seal off the container.

There have been no reports of any injuries.
