Firefighters release trapped driver after car leaves road at Gelston

Three fire crews attended an incident last night in which a driver became trapped after their car left the road at Gelston.

Sleaford, Newark and Brant Broughton fire crews attended the incident just after 10pm. The car had ended up in a ditch on Loveden House Lane, Gelston.

Crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to release the driver from the car.
