Firefighters tackle car blaze in Colsterworth

Firefighters were called to a car fire in Colsterworth, yesterday.

Grantham fire crew attended the scene in Honey Pot Lane, shortly before 4pm.

The crew extinguished the blaze using two breathing apparatus and two hosereels.

There was severe fire damage to 100 per cent of the car and its contents.

The cause is due to an unknown fault within the engine compartment.
