The former British number ones will meet children from three schools - Issac Newton and Great Ponton Primary Schools, and West Grantham Academy St Hugh’s - who will be able to pick up some tennis tips from the men who played for Great Britain in both the Davis Cup and the Olympic Games, as well as Wimbledon and numerous Grand Slam tournaments.

During the day there will be a question and answer session with afternoon tea at the club, followed by the opportunity to play tennis with Tim Henman, the former Wimbledon Semi-Finalist and World Number 4.

There will be a variety of options to play. More details of the day’s events will be announced in The Journal next Friday.
