Former Journal photographer Toby Roberts is aiming to complete a 124.4 mile charity walk in July in aid of a dementia charity.

Toby is raising money for Dementia Support South Lincs. He said: “This is a charity that helped my grandad, who suffers from dementia. The charity helped a lot with my grandad’s transition from being at home to going into

a care home. They supported not only my grandad, but close family as well.”

Toby added: “The charity helps support people living with all types of dementia and their families in The Deepings

Stamford, Bourne and surrounding villages.”

The walk will start at Cresswell, in Northumberland, and continue up the coast to Berwick-Upon-Tweed, before returning to cresswell.

Toby aims to complete the walk in three days.
