Four men arrested including European arrest warrant after armed raid in Grantham

A wanted man arrested after an armed police raid in Grantham on Monday, has been transferred to Westminster under the terms of the European Arrest Warrant in relation to an offence in Latvia.

Following a raid on College Street, Grantham, a 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of an aggravated burglary in Boston last year.

He was also detained in connection with an offence in Latvia, and has been transferred to Westminster under the terms of the European Arrest Warrant.

Three other men were also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, and have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
