Avery Lodge Care Home held its Macmillan coffee morning on Saturday.
Residents and staff at the Grantham home wore bright colours for the day, and members of the public were invited to join in the festivities.
They enjoyed coffee and cake, as well as taking part in competitions and entering a raffle. Singer and comedian Ajay performed and had everyone singing and dancing along.
So far, Avery Lodge has raised £115.70 for Macmillan Cancer Support, and plans to continue its support for the charity.
Recreation and activity co-ordinator Robyn Cummins said: “It was lovely to see everyone getting together and working as a team to support this good cause. All the staff at Avery Lodge got involved and an extra special thanks to Alison Bradley, Rosemary Coleman, Sam Tasker, Hattie Bridge and Jane Postma, who supported this event by preparing and on the day.”
