Grantham court: Accused went away on holiday

A man accused of possessing drugs and stolen goods failed to appear at court because he was on holiday.

Adrian Lagdon, 32, of Tamar Court, Grantham, is accused of posessing 50ml of methodone and 15 wraps of cannabis in Edward Street, Grantham, on February 3.

He is also accused of handling two stolen remote controlled cars on the same date and failing to surrender to police bail on February 29.

Magistrates adjourned the case to May 9.

Mr Lagdon is on bail on condition he does not visit a specified address in Wroxhall Drive, Grantham, and sleeps at an address in Edward Street, Grantham.
