An 18-year-old has pleaded not guilty to three charges of common assault and one public order offence alleged to have taken place in Wyndham Park.

Billy Joe Frazier, of Signal Road, Grantham, appeared in custody, and denied two incidents of common assault against the same victim and one against another on February 15. On October 24 at Wyndham Park, Frazier is also alleged to have used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke violence.

Frazier was released on conditional bail, including a requirement to wear an electronic tag and reside at his home address between 7pm and 7am.

He must also not have any contact with either of the complainants, and is forbidden from going within 100 metres of the roads where they each live.

His trial is due to take place at Grantham on July 1.
