Grantham court: Colsterworth man accused of income tax and VAT evasion

A Colsterworth man stands accused of nine counts of evading income tax and six counts of evading VAT.

Andrew Foster, 38, of East Grove, Colsterworth, appeared before Grantham magistrates only to confirm his details, with the case adjourned so that he can obtain legal representation.

Foster is yet to enter pleas and is due to appear in court again on November 19. He remains on unconditional bail.
