Grantham court: Crown court for conspiracy to steal shop stock case

A Nottinghamshire man will appear before Lincoln Crown Court charged with conspiring to steal stock from Matalan in Grantham.

David Bush, 56, of Standhill Avenue, Carlton, is accused of conspiring with another man to steal stock from the store at the Dysart Road Retail Park on July 22.

Bush is due to appear at Lincoln on September 1, and in the meantime remains on conditional bail not to enter Grantham, except on one day to travel through for a family member’s hospital appointment.
