Grantham court: Man accused of assault

A case will go to trial after a man denied assault and criminal damage charges.

Daniel Baker, 28, of Goodliff Road, Grantham, denies assaulting a woman in Harrow Street on November 12 and damaging a Bush LCD television at the same address between November 8 and 10.

The case was adjourned for trial at Grantham on March 2. Mr Baker was granted bail on condition he made no contact with his alleged victim except for purposes of childcare and did not enter the Harrow Street address.
