Grantham court: No-show in court in heroin possession case

A man from Leeds did not attend Grantham Magistrates’ Court to answer a charge of possessing heroin at Grantham Railway Station.

Paul Middleton, aged 37, of Nursery Mow Road, Leeds, stands accused of this offence on August 9, and has also been charged with failing to attend a follow-up drugs assessment in Leeds on July 31, and failing to surrender to custody at Grantham police station on August 27 having been released on bail.

An arrest warrant without bail has now been issued for Middleton.
