Assaulting a police officer, driving dangerously and cocaine possession among the charges faced by Grantham people

Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include:
Jayne Stacey Armstead, 30, of Tennyson Avenue, Grantham: admits driving a Vauxhall Zafira in Welham Street, Grantham, on July 7, 2020 with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35mcg. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
Neal Shelford, 44, of Rosemary Crescent, Grantham: admits assaulting a police constable in Rosemary Crescent on July 18, 2020. He was made the subject of a community order including 100 hours’ unpaid work within 12 months and ordered to pay £75 in compensation, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
