Grantham firefighters give oxygen to casualty after clothing catches fire

Firefighters were called to a property in Grantham this morning after a fire alarm was activated.

A fire service spokesman said a small amount of clothing had caught fire at the property in Canterbury Close but this was out when the Grantham crew arrived.

The firefighters gave oxygen to one casualty who was then handed over to the ambulance service. The Grantham crew attended the incident at 7am.
