Grantham firefighters release baby from car

Firefighters were called when a baby was left locked in a car in Grantham yesterday.

A fire service spokesman said the Grantham crew attended the scene at 2.40pm and released the baby that had been ‘inadvertently’ locked in the vehicle. The service tweeted: “Happily reunited with mum. No injuries.”
