Grantham King's School cadets praised in biennial inspection

A flyover and training displays formed part of the King’s School Grantham Combined Cadet Force (CCF) biennial inspection.

Inspecting officer Major James Hood from the Royal Lancers, based in Catterick, attended the event last month and brought with him some of his B Squadron soldiers under the command of Lieutenant Toby Free. They demonstrated new weapons to the cadets and allowed them to have a hands-on experience.

Major Hood then inspected a guard of honour consisting of cadets from both the army and RAF CCF sections.
