Grantham motorcyclist seriously injured in collision with car

A motorcyclist fom Grantham has been seriously injured in a collision on the A153 near Ruskington.

The collision happened at Speedway Corner at 5.20pm on Saturday and involved a Honda motorbike and a BMW car. The 29-year-old motorcyclist was airlifted to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, where he remains in a serious condition.

The road was closed until 11.20pm on Saturday night.

Any witnesses who have not already spoken with police, should call 101, quoting incident number 350 of March 25.
