Grantham mum Tracey Fowler, 46, has raised over £300 in a variety of fund-raising challenges for Help for Heroes.

Tracey, of Grantham, included a tough bike ride through the foothills of the Pyrenees among her fund-raisers. Tracey, a single mum of four grown-up children, said: “I was interested in raising money for H4H as I don’t think the boys are given enough credit or paid enough for the job they do. I’m a fitness fanatic. I attend a local gym four times a week.”
