Grantham’s tallest spire is back to its former glory




Scaffolding around St Wulfram's Church in Grantham is gradually coming down.
Scaffolding around St Wulfram's Church in Grantham is gradually coming down.

We can now see the hard work put in by steeplejacks on the spire of St Wulfram’s Church.

Scaffolding has begun to come down now that the £600,000 repair project to the damaged top section is complete.

They have been hard at work since February last year, replacing corroded iron clamps with stainless steel.
