An offender rehabilitation charity is calling on volunteers to join its mentoring scheme.

The Lincolnshire Action Trust will hold an information event at the Jubilee Life Church on Tuesday, June 6, where visitors will be able to learn about its work and the mentoring scheme.

The scheme requires a commitment of two hours per week for at least three months, and aims to reduce offending and re-offending in young people and adults.

The event will take place from 1.30pm to 7pm and will be hosted by mentor co-ordinator Laura Priestly and her colleague Amber Starbuck.

Anyone unable to attend but interested in getting involved can call 01522 806611 or email volunteer ing@latcharity.org.uk
