ACTING aggressively towards street wardens drew the attention of police in Grantham town centre.
Daniel Burnett, of Dale Road, Grantham, admitted using threatening words or behaviour following an incident in Grantham on March 3.
Police were alerted to Burnett, 27, after he began acting aggressively towards street wardens. Burnett was swearing and telling officers he had not done anything wrong when he was arrested.
Rob Arthur, defending, said: “He is, perhaps, a bit disappointed in himself.”
Burnett was given a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay costs of £45.
