Grantham rugby club in appeal for volunteers to give Woodnook 'spring clean'

Kesteven Rugby Club is calling for help with its annual ‘spring clean’ on Sunday (July 14).

Volunteers are making time this weekend to pick up a paintbrush, pressure washer or litter picker to get Woodnook spick and span ready for the start of the 2019-20 season.

There are a range of activities, from grass cutting and strimming (take your own mower/strimmer) to weeding around the clubhouse, window cleaning and painting (take your own brushes and rollers), as well as litter picking.

People of all ages are welcome from 9am to go along and help. There will be a lunch-time barbecue laid on for all those who have volunteered.
