High number of bike thefts in Grantham prompts police warning

In light of a series of bike thefts in Grantham recently, police are warning bike owners to be vigilant.

Recently several mountain bikes have been stolen on Edward Street and Manthorpe Road.

Grantham PCSO Will Jones said: “The thefts of bikes in Grantham is very high at the minute so we advise members of the public to be extremely vigilant and make sure all of their bikes are locked away securely.

“If you see anything suspicious please call 101 or your local Neighbourhood Policing Team.”
