A charity is celebrating a decade of successful work.
Home-Start has helped hundreds of families in the area in the 10 years and celebrated at its AGM with a gathering of staff, volunteers and dignitaries at its offices in Autumn Park Business Centre on Dysart Road.
Joining charity members were chairman of South Kesteven District Council David Nalson, president of the Rotary Club of Grantham Irvin Metcalf and Grantham Lions representative Godfrey McKinder.
Scheme manager Sarah High said that in a decade in the town the charity had helped a total of 513 families.
The charity, which is staffed mainly by volunteers, supports parents of children under-five by visiting them in their homes for a couple of hours each week.
The charity also runs three parent support groups which aim to provide a safe and secure place for children to play and for their parents to relax and meet other parents.
